3316 shareholders at SGKB AGM: All proposals approved

AGM approves all proposals of the Board of Directors

After the Annual General Meetings in 2020 and 2021 had to be held without public attendance due to the pandemic, 3316 shareholders attended the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the St.Galler Kantonalbank on 4 May 2022 at 5 p.m. at the Olma Messen exhibition centre in St.Gallen. In a little more than an hour, the agenda items were discussed, whereby the AGM approved all the proposals of the Board of Directors. Among other things, the AGM approved the increase of the dividend to CHF 17, which means that 56% of the consolidated profit for the 2021 financial year will be distributed to the shareholders.

Applause to the Chairman of the Board, Thomas Gutzwiller

The Annual General Meeting elected Roland Ledergerber, member of the Board of Directors since 2021, as Chairman of the Board of Directors. With applause, the shareholders acknowledged and thanked his predecessor, Thomas Gutzwiller, for many years of great commitment.

Social get-together with culinary delights

After the official part of the AGM, in keeping with tradition, the bank invited its shareholders to an enjoyable evening. The guests could choose from a variety of international culinary delights, also from Eastern Switzerland of course, and different music styles and they obviously enjoyed the face-to-face contact and the get-together at the SGKB's AGM.
